Cobble Grill

Nomi Lubin | Mar 4, 2002 04:48 PM

I checked out Cobble Grill today (on Degraw near Henry in Cobble Hill) for lunch as per a recommendation on this board back in January. Got a cheddar burger with a salad. Though not medium rare as I requested, the burger was quite good, thick with a nice grilled taste. And the salad was lovely -- fresh and bright with fresh thyme and rosemary on top. My bill came to $7.52. It's a tiny take out place, but it was quiet at 4:00 today and I happily sat at one of the three small tables. I probably got the most ordinary thing on the "winter menu". There were a couple of fish sandwiches -- seared tuna and grilled salmon -- that sounded good and a bit unusual, plus other meat sandwiches. Nothing over $10. Sweet place.
