Clover in the 7th: JF and Elodie Piege's neo-bistro ends 2014 with a big bang: caution, not for the unadventuresome.

John Talbott | Dec 30, 201410:43 AM     3

Jean-Francois and Elodie Piege opened Clover in the 7th 19 days ago and it's already fully booked - it's tiny, 22 covers, 40 sq meters but serves "the" most interesting food. It is unlike any of his prior places by my lights but it is not for those seeking meat & potatoes, vegetarians or those who have a problem with buffalo grass, Indian spices or scallops served on a Parisian paving stone. I cannot do justice to it here, but a fuller bite can be had at http://johntalbottsparis.typepad.com/...
