I know there wa a thread on washing/not washing mushrooms, but I'm faced with a pound of fresh morels and need to know how to get the dirt out of all the yummy nooks and crannies.
I'm having vegetarians for dinner (the guests, please!) and was thinking morel-and-ricotta ravioli with blanched asparagus and sage butter, unless someone has a better idea. Any tips on execution would be welcome, too. Thanks!!
