I just started using cheesecloth for various things (squeezing excess moisture from vegetables, straining chicken broth, etc).
Do you have to wash it before use? I noticed that, out of the package, it does have lint. I bought it in the craft section at Walmart - am I using the right kind? Is there a craft-grade vs. a food-grade?
Also, after I use it, what's the best way to clean it, or am I supposed to throw it away?
