I lived in San Diego for many years (came from the East Coast). Besides the weather, the one thing I miss most after coming back east is true authentic Mexican food. I am very seriously considering starting a business back east serving authentic taco's (taco's al pastor) and burrito's (yes I know burrito's are not true Mexican food but I have eaten some carnitas burritos and carne asada burritos in S.D. that make my mouth water just mentioning). I am visiting S.D. in 2 weeks for the sole purpose of furthering my business plan. Can you suggest a day course or better yet private individuals who know the true meaning of Mexican cooking and provide courses I could take during my short stay.
