Anyone have any great clafouti recipes? I tried the peach one from the King Arthur Flour cookbook and it was OK. Didn't call for baking powder. (also, I forgot to sprinkle the fruit w/brown sugar before topping it.
Also, what's the traditonal, if any, topping on a clafouti? Ice cream?
