All-Clad wok shaped pan vs. A decent wok

I don't really want to get into the merits of cast iron vs. carbon steel in woks here as I've read most of whats been written on these boards. I suppose my question is, is there much of a difference between the outcome between a good wok and the All-Clad wok shaped pan that I already own. Thanks in advance for your input.
