All-Clad Ltd vs other lines?

I've read past Chowthreads that discuss All-Clad Master Chef 2 vs Stainless and sometimes about Cop-R-Chef or Copper Core. But not so much about the Ltd line.

I'd love to hear about people's experiences/opinions about the Ltd line. I'm not a fan of knife or cookware sets, and like to pick pieces that are most appropriate for the task. Right now, I'm thinking about treating myself to a Ltd saute pan and saucier. I would think the super hard, durable, and thermally conductive anodized aluminum exterior with a stainless steel interior would make a great combination for sauteing and for risotto, custards, and sauces.

Not dishwasher safe like the stainless, but better conductive properties --I imagine some people must have some Ltd pieces. Is the higher cost per item turning people to MC2 or stainless?
