I am thinking of getting the All Clad 14" stainless steel fry pan. I read that the popular All-Clad Stainless Steel 13" Covered French Skillet is made with slightly thinner metal...weight difference due to less metal in manufacturing. Called Macy's and was told this French pan is slightly lighter. Any one have a regular All Clad fry pan to compare weight between the two? Including difference in size which naturally would affect the weight. Thanks for your input! This would be my first All Clad pan.
