This is something which followed me home from Williams Sonoma one day, mostly because it was on sale for a hundred bucks. And I've used it, mostly for things like steaming shellfish. But honestly, I was not in love. Nope. Until today.
I used this to make risotto for six. Risotto with saffron, caramelized onions, roast chicken, and asparagus tips.
This pan was made for this dish. And I have found a reason to love it.
