After playing around with cookware from these brands at Williams-Sonoma and SLT, I have the following impressions...
Hestan ProBond felt light yet substantial. The surface seemed to be holding up well against usual store abuse. It looked more attractive than I had expected.
Demeyere felt amazing as usual, but also hefty as usual. I wish they would make a 26cm saute pan or a 4 qt saucier with helper.
All-Clad looked okay, but the pieces were showing more wear than the other two brands. Perhaps they were just more sight after and thus more abused in the store?
