Anybody had any experience dining there? It's such a remote location that I understand if you stay there, you also eat there. A few years ago, we met a very innovative chef at the Long Beach Lodge in Tofino, B.C., who had worked at Cibolo Creek for some time, but had recently left. If her cooking is any indication of the level of competence, it must be fabulous....but we're a bit leery of reserving since the chow would be such an important part of the stay! And, as we all know, a change in the kitchen can make a BIG change in the quality of the food!
