With all of the postings regarding Scholls and Ken's if you are in central Oregon (Bend area) and want to try some good NY style pizza stop by Cibelli's (2 in Bend, 1 in Tumalo) I.M.O. their pizzas top both Ken's and Scholls. Nuthing fancy, thin crust that is delicately crunchy (no limpness) and does not taste like raw dough (i.e. made that day). Not too much sauce which is tangy with some nice acidity to it, with just enough cheese to hold it together. They have basic topping to choose from (no sundried tomatoes or foie gras) put on sparingly. A huge slice (from a 24" pie) is only 2.50. To top it off the Tumalo location does traditional Italian entrees and has 100 beers to choose from and a great, very reasonably priced wine list.
