CIA Greystone - anyone been recently?

Curious because for one thing, I didn't realize they have a zillion different restaurants these days...and for another, the sample menus for the Bocuse restaurant list foie gras. Either they haven't changed menus in two years, or they have a way to get around the ban (because they're a school so their graduates go everywhere).

Does anyone know the scoop on this?
