Hi All,

How are you doing Foodies ??

Hope you had a Great Christmas this year ..

By the way how was you celebrations ended up ?

What are the Food preparations that are carried out in your home ?

What's on your plate that day ?

Just love to hear the food you prepared on the eve ..

Asking this because i love food ..

Would love to hear from you people ....

By d way, my dishes on Christmas were :

Lobster stuffed beef tenderloin&Bearnaise Sauce:
This came out beautifully medium rare, and the Bearnaise sauce is the best I've ever had. I substituted cremini mushrooms for the chanterelles.

Molasses Glazed Ham Steak:
This is a quick tangy sweet glaze. However, it looks (and tastes) like something that took a while

Roast beef tenderloin with red wine:
I made this for dinner and it was devoured and loved by all. The beef was melt-in-your-mouth tender and I could have eaten a bowl of the sauce all by itself. This one is a keeper

Herb roasted turkey:
The turkey was so flavorful and moist, and the white meat was juicy

Rosemary Mustard Roast Leg of Lamb:
We love lamb! I made this with a bone-in leg, and used fresh rosemary and a mix of grainy and Dijon mustard. It was very moist and tender, and the drippings made a fantastic gravy.
