I've been tasked with making two desserts for Christmas dinner (turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes, etc). One is chocolate mousse by popular demand so I'm trying to think of something not-too-heavy that will go well with everything else. No nuts, due to allergies. I was thinking of cranberry pavlova or something lemony...would lemon coconut chiffon cake be weird? Make-ahead would be a bonus. Thanks!
