My husband and I are going to be in Copenhagen over Christmas and while it seems like a lot of the places we were interested in trying are closed for that week, we're wondering what those who are/have been there would recommend. We're especially looking for something for Christmas proper. Any recommendations? We're less interested in steakhouses (like MASH) or other cuisines that we can just as easily grab in New York, but are mostly open to anything.
