A good friend and myself are co-hostessing a holiday cocktail party at my house.
We have a good champagne cocktail recipe and a seasonal micro-brew in the keg-r-ator. We expect roughly 20 people... I was going to make rumaki and bacon wrapped shrimp. We're also doing smoked salmon, mussels, and some really good cheeses.
What do you think? Too much bacon? Do you have a favorite hors' deurve? (How about that spelling? sorry:))
