"Trattorias of Rome, Florence and Venice" by Maureen B. Fant has just been published by The Ecco Press and is now available in bookstores, both real and virtual. Maureen Fant writes frequently about restaurants and Italy for the NY Times Travel Section. This book provides a comprehensive, up-to-date look at good food and drink in these three tourist destinations.
