Happy New Year!
Anyone have any chow-related new year resolutions? Mine are:
1. Make the effort to visit chowhound-recommended places. I live 90 minutes from Queens NY, but I plan to go there and try Tibetan Yak soon.
2. Seek out better ingredients for cooking at home. Life is too short to be using ordinary vinegar on one's salad.
3. Buy a decent pepper grinder.
