Chow Fun at Home

Would love to make Chow Fun (with pork or chicken or beef) at home. Is there a place online I can check out for a foundation for making a simple sauce for the noodles/meat? Just got "Hot, Sour, salty, Sweet" -- which just seems AMAZING, I could spend a half a year just reading it and moving through it one recipe at a time -- but nothing on Chow Fun. Perhaps it's too simple for cookbooks?

I've tried some of the recipes Mark Bittman gives for noodles -- and I don't really care for any of them. (Soy sauce + sesame oil + ginger + garlic + etc.)
