Chow and Elephant Seals -- still some places left!

Ruth Lafler | Feb 10, 200310:56 AM

Still a few places left for this special event:

In my copious free time [vbg] I'm a docent at Ano Nuevo State Reserve -- the elephant seal breeding site on the San Mateo coast. One of my privileges is to take a small group for a private viewing "after hours".

I managed to sweet-talk a primo date: Saturday, February 15. I'm offering spots on this walk to chowhounds who make a donation of $40 (or more!) in goodwill to the site. This event is limited to NINE persons (in addition to myself).
