I’m always asking questions and getting so much help from this site that for once I wanted to share an excellent recipe I found on the net for crepes.
I’m an experienced cook but I had never seen this method to prepare the batter and also the tip to pour it into the pan.
I like the texture of this crepes much better than with the traditional recipe, they turned out a little puffy, lacey, and they are so much easier to flip.
So there you have it. I’d appreciate any feedback.
