Cho's Garden-a new Korean option in Fairfax

Earlier this month, Fairfax became home to a new Korean restaurant on Lee Highway-Cho's Garden, occupying a former Denny's location. (Caveat: I frequently enjoy Korean food, but I am by no means means an expert.) When I visited for dinner, the complimentary, pre-entree side dishes seemed more varied than most Korean restaurants. A standard sushi menu was available, but I launched right into a highly enjoyable table barbeque. A few days later, I returned for lunch. A buffet was available, but I chose the savory Bi Bim Bap and a side of especially fresh Unagi instead. All in all, the restaurant offered a comfortable, courteous, satisfying Korean cuisine experience. I hope that the venue fares well.
