Came across a great recipe calling for chorizo sausage. Now, I'm not a sausage aficionado but I've never come across this type of sausage before. Then again, I hardly look. Is it hard to find? I'm sure I could find it somewhere in the great Southeast region, but I wanted to start here before I began a blind quest. Any insight or leads would be helpful. Thanks!
ps - I live in the Main Line area so the closer to home the better.
