Chopstick2 in Fremont - Chinese

Know this place from Melanie's old post. This place rivals CHINA TOFU my favorite cheap eats in value and taste.

Peking Spareribs has tender meats and the right sweet saucing. just delicious

Tofu claypot seafood mix is allright. Generous mix of seafood, mushrooms with slightly thickened sauce.

Salt pepper squid has good presentation over a bed of white crispy noodles and bits of chilis. The batter is a bit salty but fried to crisp and the squid is not too tough. OK

Scallop in garlic sauce was mix of bamboo, baby corn and carrots in a slightly spicy thick sauce. Just OK

I saw many other enticing dishes at the other table. They all look homestyle just like China Tofu. Decent tasting for only $5.50 per dish.
