When I was shopping in the area, a salesperson was raving about Choppers and a fresh swordfish sandwich.

This is the sandwich shop at 4th and Townsend. They were formerly located on 3rd and Townsend but moved to the current location about 5 months ago.

Much, much better than the restaurant that previously occupied the space. They have real fresh roasted turkey. There's a fresh fish of the day. The special today was a fresh salmon tostada. Another special was chicken salad with sun dried tomatoes. I had the turkey which was very good and fresh, as promised.

Just your typical sandwich shop, but a slight cut above with the fresh ingediants. Good if you work / live in the neighborhood or you are waiting for a train.
