I'm a fan.
Chopped liver, pate, mousse, whatever.
Tried Zilberstein's chopped liver the other day.
Uh, it was interesting.
Disconcerting were the pieces of chicken skin in the mix. Ick. Never seen it. Pale bits of ... stuff I spit out.
Now having said that, I did finish the 1/2 pound I bought.
But you try it yourself.
And Zilberstein's has a most excellent popoy seed bagel not to be missed. But back to liver...
In the before times my favorite liver was at Le Pichet spread on their brioche with some wine.
