I was going to get a 2.5 qt copper saucepan, either Falk, Mauviel or Mazzetti. It would likely have been in the $300-350 range. However, with the current Zwilling and eBay deals I picked up both the 2.1 and 3.2 Atlantis Saucepans for a total of $275 out the door. I already have the Falk 18cm saucier so I am covered with responsiveness for touchy sauces. What do you think, did I make a good decision, or should I have stuck to the copper? Just FYI, in case it affects your answer, I cook on a glass top electric range. Thanks!
