I am needing to replace most of my cookware. I bought a set of
nonstick Farberware at Costco about 12 years ago and the nonstick
coating is starting to flake, and the handles fell off a couple of
pieces! I've bought some replacement pieces of Calphalon along the way
(cooking.com has great sales!) but still need to do a basic overhaul.
I do like to have nonstick, or stick-resistant. I've heard about the
new Calphalon One that is supposed to be the best of both worlds. Has
anyone used that?
Since I bought the Costco set, I've become much more of a home chef
than I was back then and would really like some good quality pieces
that will last. But I can't spend the bank...what's the best
bang-for-the-buck out there?
Thanks in advance for your expert advice!
