If you could choose 2 Tokyo sushi places to recommend...

Will be in Tokyo with my wife celebrating an anniversary in april. Only have 4 days and hoping to check out a couple sushi restaurants. If you could recommend 2 places to visit as an intro to great sushi in tokyo where would you go? open to all styles. We dont speak japanese but dont mind if staff dont speak english.

was thinking perhaps iwa, kyubey, or arai? would love to visit saito, realize that isnt going to happen. not really interested in jiro as the atmosphere sounds too rushed.
