Cholita's (still fairly new) is a great Smith St addition, but in my visits there I've noticed problems with the food that requires temperatures. I've had this problem there repeatedly with both steaks and tuna. I've ordered things rare and had them come out well done, and others in my party have had their steaks come out rare when they requested well done. I'm very happy with the food otherwise, and the drinks and service are outstounding, but I'm wondering has anyone else experienced this recurrent problem with the temperatures on their food? I've resorted to ordered other items, but it seems a shame to be forced into omitting a part of the menu due to this oversight. Feedback, anyone?
