Had dinner last night at Choi's based on reviews from a korean restaurant review site. Dinner was fabulous, we had pa jeon (green onion and seafood "pancake"), bulgogi ssambab, and kimchi stew. The pa jeon was perhaps the best I've ever had; it was perfectly crisp, had a perfect ratio of seafood to green onions, and pretty big. The bulgogi ssambab was very flavorful and came with a wide range of greens(not just red leaf lettuce) such as chrysanthemum leaves, raddichio, red leaf lettuce, baby greens, and one other type I've eaten with Vietnamese crepes. The kimchi stew was more of a soup-good flavor, but I've had better elsewhere on El Camino. The banchan were very good..oh and you can choose between multigrain and white rice, just make sure to ask about it.
