Help!! Too many choices, not enough time. First time to Chicago!

Hello Chicago CHs!
I can't believe it has taken this Toronto CH so long to make a trip to Chicago. And now that the planning has started, I'm not sure what to do with myself! Trip is booked over May long weekend - we have 4 breakfasts and dinners and 5 lunches and trip was really booked because we were able to score a table at Alinea. That will be the planned highlight of our trip, but your city has so much food to offer, I need some direction. Feedback on the below choices is sooooo appreciated.
Staying at the Viceroy and will take Uber/walk.

North Pond- hoping to do Sunday Brunch here
Kanela Breakfast club- I know it is a chain- but gets some CH love. Thoughts?
Somerset? Its in our hotel. Good for breakfast/brunch? or better for a dinner spot? or skip altogether

Gioradanos vs Lou Malnatis for deep dish?
Fat Rice

Dinner:- only have to add as we have Alinea.
I am really liking the sound of Mexique... thoughts?
Do I need to do a steakhouse? if so- which one?!
Other dinner spots I'm eyeing: Goosefoot, Blackbird, Topolobampo, SKY, Somerset, Boka, Elske, Two, Band of Bohemia

Looking to check out the Aviary. Do we have to make a reservation or is there any walk in room? Also- worth it? and do we need to do food or will we get the effect with just a few cocktails?

I don't have enough time (or money) to fit it all in. Can you help me optimize? Have I missed something major?

Help! And Thank you!

Band of Bohemia,
Fat Rice,
North Pond,
Blackbird Restaurant,
The Aviary
