I plan to serve these on new year's day. It's probably pretty simple but since it's my first attempt a few questions come to mind.
I imagine they can't be made much in advance - anybody know if they will keep if made a day or half day in advance? I've seen some where the chocolate starts to come away from the berry and figure that's because they've been made to far in advance?
Any tricks of the trade?
What type of chocolate is bestt to use? Dark, milk, merricks? Should I add anything to it?
I suppose you don't use warm chocolate on the berries?
Is there a trick to avoid the flat bottom?
