I have been trying to make the perfect tall and chunky Chocolate chip cookies for the last year and I finally found the perfect recipe: http://www.modernhoney.com/levain-bak... (I just did it with double chips and no walnuts)
Just as the recipe intended the middles are very gooey and not cooked, but I want cooked middles!
I tried cooking the cookies at a high temp for ten minutes and then put the temp down to 350 and cooked them for another ten minutes, trying to get the middles to solidify, but they are still gooey!
I tried cooking them at a low temp 350 for 20 minutes, still gooey middles!
Does anyone have any tips on getting the middle of huge cookies to cook?
Any tips and tricks?
These taste so good and they look beautiful, I just want cooked middles!
