I've lost my torn out page - can't find it online. This was a cover recipe from perphaps the late 1980's or early 1990's. It was made in a springform. A chocolate roulade made from chiffon cake, with a filling of rolled out almond paste. The roulade was sliced into circles, which then lined the bottom and sides of the springform. Then filled with ganache. So the finished cake had this great pinwheel effect all around. Anyone have a link?
