I'm going to take the plunge and try my hand at tempering chocolate and making some chocolate for gifts this year.
I have Scharfenberger chocolate, I have bon bon molds, and I have a candy thermometer, now I need some recipes.
I'm going to use the molds to make my chocolate shells, and fill them with some sort of filling, maybe things with nuts or carmel or raspberry cream? Does anyone have a good website or recipe they can share?
I've went to Jacque's Torres' website but his recipes are too complicated.
