Does anyone know what type of chocolate is used in the chocolate twists made by Amy's Bread? I've asked at their 9th Ave and Chelsea Market locations and both times the staff have been kind enough to look it up in some kind of ingredient book, but its only identified as "chocolate." I'm absolutely addicted to these twists and want to try to recreate them during one of my weekend bake-a-thons.
For those of you that have not tried Amy's chocolate twists, they're soft sourdough twisted with high quality dark chocolate. In one word, superb.
