My kids love my homemade chipped beef, but I can no longer find the Armour chipped beef in the glass jars. I went to Amish country and bought 5 lbs of real chipped beef, it freezes great, but I am running out. My Mom's in Philly, and we have a summer place near Stroudsberg (actually, closer to Milford). Are there any Amish butchers (maybe the Reading Terminal?) that have real chipped beef? Just the beef, not in the creamed sauce? Thanks.
