Okay, everything happens more slowly in Indiana, so all you right and left coast people can skip the mockery, please. *grin* I've just discovered the intense joys of cooking with chipotles in adobo.(Heck, until yesterday, I didn't know I could even buy the darn things here!) Made some pork tacos last night that were practically a *poem.*
So now, of course, I want to put them in everything I make, or at least add 30 or 40 new chipotle-rich recipes to my repetoire.
I can of course (and have) looked for recipes at epicurious.com etc. and have found some good things there. But what do *you* make with them?
