Chinese for Thanksgiving

Rachel Perlow | Nov 15, 2000 03:22 PM

We're planning on foregoing the traditional Thanksgiving dinner this year (actually we already had it with my family before my parents flew south for the winter) in favor of the Chinese Banquet. Several posters have suggested this to people inquiring about going out for Thanksgiving in the city. It's just going to be four of us, Jason and I, and a couple who live near Times Square (he's Korean-American, she's a Chinese immigrant and pregnant :)

Anyway, we'd like to do the Chinatown thing, however although several posters have suggested it, few have made concrete recommendations. I particularly want to impress my Chinese friend with our choice of restaurant.

Having a reservation would be helpful, especially as she's pregnant, but not necessary if you think the place is worth it but won't take a res for four.

Thanks in advance! Rachel
