Best chinese seafood restaruant

I am visiting SF for one day (2/17) and looking for the best seafood chinese restaurant in bay area. I searched the board and other sources and found some: Great Eastern and R&G in Chinatown; Saigon Harbor Seafood, Daimon, ABC & Mayflower (milpitas city), Koi palace.

I knew they are all good. But, what we (party of 4) particulary looking at: 1) best(freshest) quality seafood (especially crab, I heard salt & pepper crab at Daimon is the best), 2) wonderful source (like XO, black bean, etc.), but not too greasy or oily, 3)Don't want to spend too much (maximum would be $20 per person), 4) great seafood or wonton soup (I heard Daimon had the best wonton soup), 5) best chow fun (pan fried noodle)

I might ask too much and none of the restaurant had all I want above. Please give me an advice with some pros and cons of each restaurant above. Thank you for your valuable input in advance.
