I am looking for a chinese restaurant which serves fresh seafoods in LA area. I searched the board a bit and found some places (Quality Star, Empress Pavilion,
NYC Jumbo Seafood, etc.) at either chinatown or San Gabriel Valley.
It seems like most of the places won't disappoint my taste. But, I want to try "best" chinese seafood in my trip to LA.
I want to have some seafood dishes (crab, lobster, shrimp, seafood soup). The following criteria should be considered:
(1)Super fresh, tender and sweet from its own
(2)memorable sauce(s): if not, 'd better to go to pier for steaming seafood. why try chinese seafood?
(3)good size for better taste and three person sharing. I don't want to have either "small crab for $6" or "$30-40 giant lobster tail at upscale restaurant"
If you specify the range of the prices and names of the dishes, it would be perfect. I appreciate your valuable inputs in advance.
