I have two bottles of Shao Xing, Pagoda brand, purchased in a liquor store in Chinatown in NYC. One has a red label and is "Shao Xing Hua Tiao". The other has a brown label and is "Shao Xing Chia Fan Chiew".
Can someone explain the differences between them? I'm assuming that neither is salted, is that correct? Thanks.
