Two Chinese Restaurants?

JT | Aug 18, 2003 12:09 PM

Hi,

I was talking with a friend about expensive restaurants in DC, and he brought up two more restaurants I'd never heard of [a small group] and hadn't seen discussed on this board [a large group]:

Mr. K's -- expensive Chinese food somewhere on Pennsylvania N.W., near G.W.

Unknown name restaurant, on M Street N.W., near Lulu's / Blackie's House of Beef. He described this as another expensive Chinese restaurant, but not Meiwah.

I found a negative review of Mr. K's on epinions. Has anyone else tried Mr. K's? Does anyone know the identity or quality of the second, unknown Chinese restaurant?

I'm asking mostly out of curiosity, but my anniversary is coming up. Thanks.

-JT
