I'll be visiting LA from SF for about 3 nights with my parents and I'm hoping to find some some tasty HK/Cantonese restaurant suggestions for their needs. We will be around the SGV area. With a little research that I have done, I've sorta sifted through a few of these restaurants I was thinking of definitely trying:
- Newport Lobster for some tasty lobster/seafood dinner.
- Sea Harbour Seafood restaurant for dim sum.
Also looking to see if there are any HK style (Cha-chan tangs) restaurants that are worth trying out (thinking of baked pork chops, lemon/milk tea).
Addition mix of a congee places would be great.
One last addition, I'm trying to find some place with great Taiwanese beef noodle soup. Any recommendations? I heard good things about Sinbala (though I'm not certain that their beef noodle soup was the main attraction).
To round out a few other places we might go. I want to show them Torihei prior to our flight back and on one of those nights maybe Kang Ho Dong Baekjeong for some Korean BBQ.
