Chinese Pastries / Bakeries? and Homemade Chilaquiles

Who on the board has the scoop on Chicago-area Chinese bakeries? We've recently returned from a trip out to Seattle -- the result is hunger for authentic Chinese pastries, especially savory and / or sweet buns, moon cakes, hum bow (how Mee Sum Pastries had them labeled in Seattle -- Mee Sum was recommended by the Pac NW board), etc.

Now that I'm back to scanning the board, I realize how fortunate it is to be surrounded by a friendly group of avid Mexican / Central American food lovers -- people who live and die by finding *the* closest local representation of "la comida centroamericano."

Makes me even happier that there's a pan of homemade Chilaquiles Verdes in my fridge!
