Chinese "liang fen" cold noodles

I had a northern Chinese dish in Beijing - cold bean starch(?), sliced into noodles, in that delicious red sze chuan broth, with crushed peanut and chive on top. I've had the broth/sauce before, but I can't find the liang fen, or noodles anywhere! I know Da Szechuan at 49th does a good version of this dish.

Does anyone know where I can purchase the noodles? What is the English name? These are not Cantonese liang fen, that is different.
