Hi all! We're coming to Vancouver for a long weekend - hoping to stay in Richmond for the food, and go up to Vancouver for sightseeing.

Really appreciate all the good advice in this forum over the years. Hoping to get some updated recommendations!

1) Where to go for Hong Kong style seafood dinner? Dynasty Seafood has been mentioned a bunch here. Is that the best one? Sun Sui Wah?
2) Is there a place that serves crab stir fried with rice cakes? We had this dish in Toronto, and prefer it to crab fried rice
3) Would appreciate any dim sum recommendations. Are the good places still good? Based on advice here, I've been checking out Victoria, Kirin in Vancouver, and Dinesty, Golden Paramount, Chef Tony's in Richmond.
4) Any good Shanghainese restaurants?

We are also planning on checking out the food at Aberdeen Center and Granville Island.

Will have car, willing to travel for good food. Please tell me your current favorite Chinese restaurants! Thanks!
